Moving to Wednesday Trail Work on Cherry Tank 10/17. Meeting at my house at 145pm. Riding up Cherry Tank, working as we go. Then bomb down to see our work!
Those that cannot make it then can come later and ride up to meet us.
We will be finishing the trimming job I started and rebuilding washed out sections. Bring any small work tools you may have. |

Beer to follow the work...bring a light just in case we get back a little late. Sun sets ~630 these days.
I am SUPER EXCITED to see what we can do having ridden the new, reworked wild mustang trail in the Tortolitas. I will be riding WM again on Saturday if anyone wants to join in on the fun! |

I didn't know they were working there. Cool. A few months ago I rode the new connector trail out as far as the work crews had progressed. That's gonna be fun! I could be up for some WM goodness this weekend. I still haven't cleaned that narrow, steep, loose section of the climb - with a rock slab - by the downed Saguaro.
Would love to do Cherry Tank as well tomorrow. I have a great little pair of super-sharp pruners. Doesn't look promising with work schedule, however; I'll see what happens tomorrow. |

It is not M Flint and gang...it is TucsonMTBers like Madriansee and DoveMountainMax.
The entire trail is COMPLETELY different, but most importantly, the flow heading downhill is unreal. Each switchback has a berm with raised rocks.
I hope you can come out. |

Glad you liked that stuff in the Torts, haven't seen WM yet, but knowing how UJ turned out I'm sure it's great. A call/email to Marana wouldn't hurt. Martin has direct contact info for the man in charge of the Torts. |

I would like to join in and help out. I am sure Cherry needs some serious brushing.

I'm in. Have a dentist apt just before. I'll text if I'm late, otherwise may be early... will just head straight there.
I don't have any tools unfortunately... |

Sorry I missed you guys. Ended up riding up to Cheesy Pleazers then trimming my way down to Lunch Rock. That's as far as I got as the sun was setting pretty quick. Hope you got some good work done. |
